Amazing Experience ! Spent weeks looking for a Black on Black 2018 Infiniti Q50 3.0t AWD w/ essential package and this was 1 of 20 dealers in a 200 mile radius that had on Spent weeks looking for a Black on Black 2018 Infiniti Q50 3.0t AWD w/ essential package and this was 1 of 20 dealers in a 200 mile radius that had one. I just want to say that I drove 200+ miles (Hoboken, New Jersey) not only because they gave me a great deal but they treated me with respect as if I were a human being and not just another dollar sign$ walking around. I negotiated with Cesar Yanes who was fantastic to speak to because he kept it real with me the entire time & was just a genuine guy (you could tell). Stanislav Odnolko made sure the car was to my liking and constantly asked if he could do anything else for me. Financing manager Jass Dzinic explained everything and got me some of the lowest used car rate loans (I was surprised haha). This is the most important thing: I’ve been to dealerships in NY , NJ, CT & PA, by far they were the nicest over the phone & in person. Great staff. We specifically drove from Baltimore to Bethesda to avoid working with anyone at the Timonium Infiniti location (due to a bad experience with leasing vehicles several years ago) and we were quite relieved to have such a simple transaction. There's no hard selling at this dealership and Stas was very knowledgeable about the car, answering all of our questions. We would absolutely return to the location again and would recommend friends and family. We also interacted with Vince/Manager and Fred to sign the paperwork; both were friendly and easy to work with. Overall, this was a great experience! We could not be more happy with our new car.
