I loved that Stas took the time to show me a couple of different vehicles and explain the features of each one. He didn't make me feel pressured to decide on one or the other. Once I decided on the Equinox he took the time to find exactly what I wanted as what was on the lot didn't fit my wants and needs. They had my new car to the dealership and to me within 24 hours of deciding what I wanted. I actually look forward to my next purchase of a vehicle with Stas and Gateway!! More

He was excellent at answering all of our questions, let us borrow the car for a full day and overnight to get a feel for it, and really went out of his way to work with us. He was very easy to contact, we had a lot of conversations thru text which was very convenient and almost immediate. He was genuinely a caring person, and we never felt like he was being pushy or overwhelmed us, I would highly recommend Stas as the person to work with at Gateway.
