Cesar was easy to work with and personable. Was quick to respond to my inquiries/questions. He did a nice job here. However, I think the actual purchase process could have been better. Sat at dealership for over two hours on a Friday night without knowing what was going on & why it was taking so long. Waited at home Saturday morning for a phone call to come back to finish paperwork before deciding to just leave our house at 10:30am to go to dealership to find out what was going on. Communication could have been better Friday night and Saturday. I know there was an issue with a credit freeze on my bureau but it was 7:30pm (well over two hours already at dealership) until we found that out - when I had completed an application online over my lunch that afternoon. All that time sitting at the dealership kind of frustrated me. More

Jeremy was great as always. I have been buying cars at Gateway since 2001 and JJ and Corey Axvig have been the guys I can count on every time I need a vehicle or help with a service related issue. Having Gateway since 2001 and JJ and Corey Axvig have been the guys I can count on every time I need a vehicle or help with a service related issue. Having some employees that have been there for as long as those two have makes my decision where to go get a different vehicle an easy one. Now that my kids are at the age to start buying their own cars I would certainly have them experience their first time car buying alone with these two guys. Trusting that they will take care of my kids needs and point them in the right direction is priceless for me. I honestly hope the ownership reads these reviews and realizes how important having guys that are trusted by the customer base, (me) are. More
