Happy Walterd Audi client my car was due for service and Walters made my appointment right away. They took care of me from the moment I walked in the door. They were pretty bus my car was due for service and Walters made my appointment right away. They took care of me from the moment I walked in the door. They were pretty busy that morning but their fast service every one was taken care of. Jose torres was the first person to approach me as soon as i walked in. He was very well mannered , courteous and customer service was excellent. The second person to help me was Ron frasier his customer service was good. I would definitely recommend Walters to my family and friends. I would send them directly to Jose torres , ron and of course the lovely Stacy. More

Great Service I have been coming to Walter's Audi since I purchased my first Audi, a 2007 A6, in 2009. I had it serviced here until I purchased my 2013 Audi in Ja I have been coming to Walter's Audi since I purchased my first Audi, a 2007 A6, in 2009. I had it serviced here until I purchased my 2013 Audi in January of 2014. Both cars I loved and both were serviced at Walter's. I live about 30 miles away and therefore if the car will be there for more than 2 hours I request and get a loaner car. The cars which are loaners are always in excellent condition and appropriate for the model that I bring in. Stacy Samuels is my usual service writer and she knows my cars well and takes great care of them. Service is done professionally and completely. I would highly recommend Walter's for service. More

Great Service, Great Attitude, Overall Great Experience First timer at Walter's Audi, took in my 2015 Audi A4 and Wow as soon as I drove into the Service Department, I was Greeted, help and Acknowledged, so First timer at Walter's Audi, took in my 2015 Audi A4 and Wow as soon as I drove into the Service Department, I was Greeted, help and Acknowledged, something I not used too, Stacy made me fell very comfortable and with her friendly attitude we wrote up my vehicle and got me on my mary way. I was updated every single day on the status of my vehicle and when the due date was up I picked up the vehicle and again was greeted by Stacy. Never have I experienced such great customer service, Thank You Stacy and Staff for your help! More
