We got the number and there was no pressure to buy now. A major difference from other competitor dealerships I went too. The Finance Manager Stacey Fowler was also great. We were in and out quickly and took the car home same day. You can buy a car from any dealership. For me it's all about the relationship with my sales associate and Michael was top notch all the way. Normally I really dislike slick talking, gimmicky, scripted salesmen; however, Lamont was the complete opposite. He was classy and professional. He worked hard to earn my business and when I walked out the door after we failed to come to a mutual agreement, he followed up with me weekly. Persistence and fairness got us to come to a mutual agreement and now I am the proud owner of a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC 300. He is one class act and Benzel Busch is lucky to have him. I will be referring family to him in the near future to purchase the same vehicle I got. Ask for Lamont, I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Michael Ehrlich as well. The professionalism at this dealership is unparalleled. The only concern I had is that the doc fees are way too high in my opinion compared to other dealerships. A Wonderful dealership! I live near Philly. I called Sal Architto, told him about my S550 that i purchased some where else. That car was not the right fit for me. I was so up I live near Philly. I was so upset with my other dealership, they would not help me, in finding something . Sal was so kind and worked so fast to put me in a car that was "the" right fit for me. Not only did he find me another car, Rafael Figuereo the salesman and a man from their service dept, drove the new car to me and took the s550 back to north Jersey to be sold .
