Mike Klaben gave me a fantastic deal that I could not refuse with Nicks assistance. Once we had a deal, I show up to the dealership to pick up my car, my sales person was Stacey she met me with a friendly smile. Stacey did a great job having all my paper work complete and my insurance agent called and she even had my new insurance card for my new fusion. She was so nice, she set up all my electronic stuff and she was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Stacey, And Klaben Ford to anyone in the market for a new car. I would also like to thank Mike Klaben and Nick for a very professional experience. More

I rented a car it was a Lincoln... after I returned the Lincoln I decided to call Klaben Ford which is across the street from my job.... Stacy Dennis was the person I ended up talking... I told her my story that I've always wanted a Lincoln and that I had a picture of a MK X sitting in my office for six years..... She asked me a few questions, I sent pictures of my car that I had at the time, she sent me pictures of the Lincoln that was sitting in the show room.... After work I was across the street at Klaben Ford... Stacy what can I say about her I can say now that she was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have her number I can call or text her anytime and ask her questions about my car still to this day which is been a year later ... Stacey Dennis is really a good person and that's important to me...Mr. Klaben is also a good person.... I have never had a sales experience like I have had with Stacy and more sales consultants should be more like her.... My experience with everyone at Klaben Ford has been an excellent positive experience and I would recommend anyone to Klaben if they want to buy or lease a car specially from Stacey Dennis.. More
