Sales Rep told us he'd have service investigate and correct the issue. Service refused to correct the issue. Also, Back seat does not collapse. All they offered was a $25 Visa Card. Why would a reputable car dealership sell a car with these issues knowing that they run it through an inspection and test drive? More
