Best Car Salesperson I've EVER encountered! We needed an inexpensive used car for my daughter who was moving out of state. I mentioned this to my friends since I haven't lived in Frankfort long We needed an inexpensive used car for my daughter who was moving out of state. I mentioned this to my friends since I haven't lived in Frankfort long and all of them said, "Skeet Tuttle is who you need to talk to!" I did, and WOW was I impressed! She said she'd be on the lookout for me, and within a few weeks, she called me with a great car that had been traded in to the Glenn Toyota dealership. She made sure it had been checked out by the service department since safety was our primary concern before she even called me. We went and looked at it the next day, and, after a test drive, bought it! My daughter has now had it about a month and it has crossed through several states and even took her on a vacation! I cannot tell you how comfortable I was during the entire process! I have bought many cars over the years, and this, by far was my most pleasant experience. Skeet is extremely knowledgeable...but the most important quality she has is a unique ability to truly find out what each customer needs and make SURE that they are happy. Just today, I saw her out and about and she always takes the time to ask about my daughter and her satisfaction with the car. I can honestly say she is the best car salesperson I've ever encountered, and I fully intend to go back to her whenever I need another car! More
