When I first walked in to the dealership during the week, I did not have the best experience and ended up leaving pretty upset that day because not only was I waiting for over 20min I had my appointment sche I did not have the best experience and ended up leaving pretty upset that day because not only was I waiting for over 20min I had my appointment scheduled at 7pm didn't get helped until 7:30ish I didn't feel like the sales person had the motivation to try and sell a car, BUT upon looking at their website I saw the truck that i wanted and at a reasonable price so i decided to give this dealership one more shot and to be honest I am super happy that I did! I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and was helped by Francisco "Sisco" and he was by far the best! I had the greatest experience all thanks to him, he has great customer service, listened to what I wanted and worked with me to obtain it and if anyone is interested in purchasing a car I would highly recommend to go to Hawk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Forest Park and ask for Sisco! The first spanish sales rep make us feel very uncomfortable, either offer sit , just left outside looking"supposly for the car I ask for and always on the phone. I came in with unrealistic intentions on buying a new charger scat pack and trading in my 2019 gmc that I still owed a lot on.
