I wish I could say I had a good experience but in the short amount of time I did communicate with this dealership it wasn't good. I was in the process of purchasing a Rav4 at another dealership and I wa short amount of time I did communicate with this dealership it wasn't good. I was in the process of purchasing a Rav4 at another dealership and I wanted to see if I could get a better deal at this location. I emailed Duane and once my credit was run he no longer communicated with me. Then I spoke with Sid and he was very condescending and not very helpful. I had two totally different experiences at the Toyota of Plano Vs Pat Lobb Toyota. Needless to say I went with Toyota of Plano. Great customer service goes a long way with me and how someone treats me initially either makes or breaks a deal. Unfortunately my experience here was a deal breaker. I really hope they take the time to work on providing a pleasant experience to everyone in the future and not just those they think they can make a quick sale from. More

He answered all our questions, didn't waste our time, and didn't try to pressure us into buying. He explained how the hybrid engine worked and helped us decide between a hybrid or regular gas model. He made sure the car was ready for us to drive home and showed us how to use the technological features it includes. He helped us pair our cell phones to the vehicle and set up voice commands.
