The sales man Shultz Spent several hours with me. I test drove over a half dozen vehicles and every time I asked to drive another he just smiled, ran, and grabbed another set of keys. The business manger Darlene was also amazing she went over everything with me in detail and I got all of fords extended warranty, maintenance, and protection plans. Together the 3 of them were my dream team. This is my 4th new Ford vehicle I’ve bought in 7 years and by far the best experience I could have ever been given. More

Caesar Shultz and Ken Gross helped me find the mustang of my dreams and treated me with the respect a customer deserves even though buying a car can be a stressful event. So far I had a view minor issues wit my dreams and treated me with the respect a customer deserves even though buying a car can be a stressful event. So far I had a view minor issues with the car but Ken used his wit and resolve to handle them. Frank Nieves in the service department always answered all my questions and concerns no matter how insignificant the detail. They honored all warranties and corrected any issues i had whether it was cosmetic or electrical. The shuttle drivers are also very courteous. I would definitely recommend Wayne Akers Ford. More
