I had to ask when the service would be done. Once asked, everyone did let me know in very nice and professional manners. Just wished the quality of the paint job was better and I didn't have to ask for an update. More

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A Great Experience with Cobi Ward at City Limits Subaru** My wife, Kathleen, and I recently purchased our 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from City Limits Subaru, and we want to recognize Cobi War Subaru** My wife, Kathleen, and I recently purchased our 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from City Limits Subaru, and we want to recognize Cobi Ward for making the finance portion of our experience excellent. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful when it comes time to complete the paperwork, but Cobi made the entire process easy, comfortable, and straightforward. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we appreciated the way he answered our questions and made sure we understood each step. What stood out about Cobi was his honesty and friendly approach. He treated us with respect and made us feel like valued customers, not just another transaction. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was handled correctly gave us great confidence as we completed our purchase. Our new Outback is an important vehicle for us because it will be part of our adventures with our family, including our three Labrador rescues, Bo, Cali, and Alora. Cobi helped make the final step of bringing our new Subaru home a smooth and memorable experience. We truly appreciate Cobi's professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service. Along with Shelby Alkek, he represents the type of people who make City Limits Subaru a dealership we would gladly recommend to our family and friends. Thank you, Cobi, for helping make our Subaru purchase such a positive experience. We appreciate everything you did and wish you continued success. Jim & Kathleen, and A.B.C. More

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Experience with Shelby Alkek at City Limits Subaru My wife, Kathleen, and I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from City Limits Subaru, and we couldn't be happier wit Limits Subaru My wife, Kathleen, and I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from City Limits Subaru, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The biggest reason for that was our sales consultant, Shelby Alkek. From the very beginning, Shelby treated us like valued customers instead of just another sale. She was warm, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle for our lifestyle. She answered every question we had, never made us feel rushed, and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. This Outback wasn't just another vehicle purchase for us. We wanted a safe, reliable SUV that would be perfect for our family—including our three Labrador rescues, Bo, Cali, and Alora, who love going everywhere with us. Shelby understood how important that was and helped us feel confident that the Outback Touring XT was the right choice. What impressed us most was Shelby's honesty and professionalism. She made the buying experience completely pressure-free and kept us informed every step of the way. By the time we drove our new Outback home, we knew we had made the right decision and had chosen the right dealership. Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but Shelby reminded us that it still exists. She truly cares about her customers, and it shows in everything she does. Thank you, Shelby, for making this such a wonderful experience. We absolutely love our new Outback and appreciate all of your kindness, patience, and hard work. We highly recommend Shelby Alkek and City Limits Subaru to anyone looking for an honest, enjoyable, and first-class car-buying experience. Jim & Kathleen, and A.B.C. 🐾🚙 More
