Everyone was very helpful and with the pandemic in play they were very aware of social distances and everyone wore masks. I am still waiting for the breakout of the numbers of my lease amount - since that was such a difficult experience and I was treated if I would not understand the numbers - I am only left with disappointmen lease amount - since that was such a difficult experience and I was treated if I would not understand the numbers - I am only left with disappointment and the feeling i was taken somewhat advantage of in that process. The facility was very nice and conveniently located. Our sales guy did a great job explaining the different options we could get with the Ascent models. He listened to us and understood what we were hoping to buy. He was courteous and friendly. The finance guy was also very knowledgeable and the process went fine. However the sales pitch on the extended warranty products went on too long and added unnecessary time to the process. This seems to be the new normal as we encountered this same situation when purchasing another car. Due to Covid 19 concerns the salesman was not able to sit in the car with us and show us the instrumentation etc. It would have been helpful if there would have been a video we could have watched to learn some of the main operations. Although he did tell us we can call him with questions. More

Love my car...can not say the same for the follow up and response from salesman. First, I left him two messages and no return call. I then saw him when I got my license plates, explained about calls and he response from salesman. First, I left him two messages and no return call. I then saw him when I got my license plates, explained about calls and he said he never got them and to e mail him. I then get an e mail from him telling me it’s time to trade in my 2020 Outback. I respond back, by e mail, my car is two weeks old and I never got the gas coupon card in the mail...no response back. This is my second lease with your dealership, so I know your follow up and follow through is better. More

Disappointing I went to the dealer to look into trading in my 2017 lease as I was being contacted repeatedly about the great deals they had to offer. I had a good I went to the dealer to look into trading in my 2017 lease as I was being contacted repeatedly about the great deals they had to offer. I had a good experience originally in 2017 and I wasn’t considering any vehicle other than another Subaru. My leased car had only 18,000 miles on it and was in very good condition, although there was a scratch on the side of the vehicle. Shea told me that they would’t give me any equity in the vehicle and that it was in “fair” condition, and that he was actually doing me a favor by just taking it back. This was after I had made an appointment with him and had been made to wait twice - once to test drive and once while he helped other customers while we sat waiting at his desk. Then when he finally came back, he didn’t provide any price on the vehicle or information other than it would cost me $399 to lease a Forester. When I questioned him he said ‘you’re moving up from a smaller vehicle and you’ll have to pay more’. Up until that point I had been frustrated with the experience and so it was a no-brainer to walk out. In hindsight - I’m glad I did. I ended up purchasing from Buerkle across the street who were more than happy to take in my lease and work with me. I ended up with a much better vehicle and was able to purchase it at a lower monthly price than what Subaru was offering for a lease price. More
