I wish I could rate Shawn a 20, that’s how kind he was to me. For years, I would never take my car to be serviced by a dealership. I had been warned that their prices were high, their work, just ok, and y me. For years, I would never take my car to be serviced by a dealership. I had been warned that their prices were high, their work, just ok, and you couldn’t trust them to give you a fair estimate. Naturally, being a 77 year old woman, I took these warnings very seriously, until I met Shawn. He took my fears to heart, and made me feel I was in good hands. By the time I was ready to leave I knew I would always feel safe with him, and my fears were gone. And let me tell you, that comfort is like hitting mega bucks. Diane Aiello More

The wait time could be shorter. Abysmal. I bought my used vehicle and in less than 3 months I was back having major repairs that included brakes and the four-wheel drive. This was a "ce I bought my used vehicle and in less than 3 months I was back having major repairs that included brakes and the four-wheel drive. This was a "certified" vehicle. They kept my car for 3 months - never a word of apology for the inconvenience - they didn't keep me updated - I had to call every couple weeks just for them to say "Oh, yeah, we just heard___has the part, we'll get in touch with them and give you a call". No follow up calls were made. When I bought the car - I asked "is there any reason this car is such a deal?"....they said no. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. Later on, after we got the car back and wrote our review - we found out that the car had issues they knew about. From dishonest sales people, to lazy service managers, to ignorant front desk personnel this dealership is full of people who clearly don't give a flying ____. More
