Good service, helpful and professional service rep. Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL sport s. In a rare case the upper aluminum coolant pipe got a pinhole leak late in the evening. I contacted the service Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL sport s. In a rare case the upper aluminum coolant pipe got a pinhole leak late in the evening. I contacted the service department immediately and they were able to get me in as soon as possible (7am the next business day). Unfortunately for me the part had still been in production so the service department did not have this specific part nor did any nearby dealers. Shawn, my service rep was very helpful and arranged to get me into a loaner vehicle right away. Shawn kept open line of communication the entire time my vehicle was being serviced and provided an accurate ETA for parts and repair. In fact, my vehicle was available to be much sooner than the initial ETA that was provided and I could not be happier except if this had not happened at all HAHAHA. Overall great experience with Shawn and the JL is back to being excellent like jeeps do. It never happened! #JEEPWAVE! More

Awesome Customer Service @ Central, Norwood Shawn was easy to work with at Central JEEP. I was at service center as I had a recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I walked in to get my car fixed and Shawn was easy to work with at Central JEEP. I was at service center as I had a recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I walked in to get my car fixed and Shawn just got it done less than an hour. I would greatly recommend this place for getting your car serviced. More

Warranty service repair - 2014 Fiat 500L engine starter Had to have vehicle towed in with no start condition.
