Not satisfied at all. Waited over an hour last my appointment time before they even moved my truck and waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Wa Waited over an hour last my appointment time before they even moved my truck and waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was treated rudely and didn't even receive any type of apology or care that I had to wait so long. On top of all that the WIFI didn't work, and they offered coffee but didn't even have any. After they were done the dis not tell me anything about how the job went, they didn't give me any inspection info on my truck (every other dealer I've been to provides a multiple point inspection with a written report which is included with an oil change and tire rotation at no additional cost) and I paid more at Lynn than I have at any other dealer and Lynn didn't provide as good of services.
