I moved to the area 3+years ago and was told "go see the guys at Volkswagen of Ocala". Well after setting an appointment via online chat, I arrive at the dealership and greeted by Shawn. He goes to find my scheduled sales person. Prior to my arrival my shopping partner arrives and no one greets him at the lobby. Front desk was manned but did not acknowledge a new person in the showroom. I am thankful and impressed by Shawn's chill attitude and acknowledgment of a potential buyer in the show room. There is team work between sales staff and that makes for a great enviroment. However, I feel I should have been scheduled with a Sales Rep that would have been available (Like Shawn). Seems to me by looking around my scheduled Sales Rep was already with someone else. All and All things worked out well. I had a fun experience and will refer my family and friends to Shawn at Volkswagen of Ocala. Thanks Shawn! More

Mr. Shawn welcomed us when we came to Volkswagen of Ocala on a Saturday afternoon. The car we wanted for a test drive was already parked outside. Then we asked to look at two other cars. Mr. Shawn is a very professional sales expert with great patience and efficiency. I will recommend Shwan to my friends if they want to shop for cars in the future.
