Terrible customer service and not super knowledgeable employees. Went in yesterday to test drive a car. Was sitting at the sales person desk, which had a cup of coffee spilt on it. Got back from test dri employees. Went in yesterday to test drive a car. Was sitting at the sales person desk, which had a cup of coffee spilt on it. Got back from test driving it, and coffee was still laying on table. Had some questions about pricing, he had to go ask a manager every single question I had asked (I understand they need managers approval for some stuff) eventually the manager came over to just ask what questions I had because the sales guy couldn't answer any himself anyway. Got my pre approval from my lender this morning. Called to let the dealer know if it was still available, I would be in to purchase. I was told it was still available, and that my sales rep was not in at the moment, and to come in at 12 once he arrived. I got a call at 1115 stating someone else just test drove the car and might he purchasing it. I explained I had an appointment to make the purchase and was told my sales rep wasn't even in to complete my purchase yet. They said they'd figure things out and call back in 10-15 minutes. I ended up calling them back after 45 minutes of no word, to be told they sold the vehicle to the other person, even though I had everything set up. Unless you want to get xxxxxx around, I'd strongly suggest not using this dealer. I understand I was not there in person to "buy" the car, but I was told my sales rep needed to be there (by a different sales rep with tue comapny). Completely unprofessional to even allow someone else to test drive a car that is "sold" More
