The Service people are not informed of the Special Offers sent out to their customers. Even after I handed the Special offer, the Service Desk folks did not keep nor really look at the offer to write up my b sent out to their customers. It has changed a bit since the group of people that retired left. I realize that there is a learning curve for new people, but the customer respect needs improvement.
