Great Service I had been thinking of purchasing a new car for quite sometime and started the process of looking and researching cars in May. I wasn't quite ready to buy and wanted to involve my husband in the decision process, etc. Shaun was wonderful to work with, he always followed up with me to see if I had had any questions and was never pushy. One evening I brought my husband in to look at the Pilot and Shaun wasn't working, so Kevin helped us and he was very nice & informative as well. I was contemplating what trim level to purchase on the Honda Pilot and Shaun went over all the features on each trim level to help with the decision. When it came to purchasing the Pilot it was a very easy transaction, they came down on the MSRP listing to a number that worked for my husband and I to get the Pilot Touring trim level. Overall a wonderful experience! More
