They lied about everthing!! My lease was up. So I called Kia finance. They gave me the amount I needed to pay to nuy the car. My CU okayed the loan with a low rate. They only nee My lease was up. So I called Kia finance. They gave me the amount I needed to pay to nuy the car. My CU okayed the loan with a low rate. They only needed the odometer statement. I went to Dest. Kia for that. They told me they could take care of it there, very quickly, and everything would be the same. 2 hours later they had a contract with $500 more than the price, the rate was a percent higher, my payments were more. The finance lady insulted us by saying my husband is an engineer he makes enough money. He told us he would give us a gift card for all the time and hassle they put us though..but he never did. It was a terrible experience and we will never go back, and we will tell everyone we know about this!! More

I knew what I wanted and tried to contact sales manager he failed to return my call always with a customer 4th vehicle purchased from this dealership. I knew what I wanted and tried to contact sales manager he failed to return my call always with a customer I was told. he was busy but would call me received a call from a salesman not manager when told I deal with another salesman he seemed disappointed. ! I did get the deal I wanted but felt no one went above and beyond. Also they ( or you) have a promo going free oil changes for 3years no big deal because fine print says you must pay for all recommended service that go with the oil change intervals 5k, 10 k etc. I would use the same salesman again but he was just doing his job. Also so sick and tired of this dealerships annoying commercials( puppies & babies not included)! More
