I’m in for service more now than I ever have with any one of my 5 previous jeeps They should be taking care of everything for that amount of money. I’m not convinced a full multi point inspection was even done. And the financial guy couldn’t have been more rude, degrading and extremely unprofessional. Should have walked out on him. Always listen to your gut! Donovan was pleasant to work with. But that financial guy was absolutely horrendous. No people skills. More
