Not only did he help me then, but he has continued to have my best interest in mind with each upgrade I make. Just recently, on a whim, I went to Shane with an idea of possibly upgrading and left with a great deal that day. I would also like to recognize the gentleman in the financial department who got me in and out in what felt like a matter of minutes. It was one of the first new models to come off the truck from oversea I had the best car buying experience with my 2016 Prius at Toyota of Des Moines. It was one of the first new models to come off the truck from overseas and was ordered through an online relationship with Shane Siegle. Shane never let more than 30 minutes pass to respond to my questions or request and he came through on every issue we needed to deal with. Picking up my new Prius yesterday was the smoothest experience I've had a dealership. And, since this was my third Prius, I have used their Service Department for the past several years. KUDOS to Toyota of Des Moines !!! More
