Was very disappointed in how Audi Beaverton handled what I thought was going to be a purchase. I called and verified availability of the vehicle I was interested in, did the online paperwork work, rush proc I thought was going to be a purchase. I let them know I was on my way to purchase that I had an approximate 1 hour commute to get there. About 20 minutes into my travel to them, I received a call that an employee purchased the car by putting a deposit to hold the car. This was not presented as an option when I called and emailed. Doesn’t seem ethical. Had great service and experience up until this point. More

Shane was so helpful and so responsive. The process was a little more complicated for me because I was traveling from Maple Valley Washington to his dealership in Beaverton Oregon. He got an Uber for me, he helped me understand which train to take. Once we got to his office he made us feel so welcome even during this time of the pandemic.
