Not only for the great atmosphere and friendly staff, but for the willingness to make sure that you are truly happy with your purchase and the price you pay. Brad and Jackie went beyond what any other dealer offered to give my wife a chance to drive the car for a day and see if she really like it. Well she loved it and that was the selling point. Big thank you to Shane Laizure for helping us finish up the paperwork while Jackie was off sick. I contacted Huebner by email about a Impala I found on their web site. Because of work and other commitments, it took me a while to go see their cars. Shane Laizure was the rep I had gotten a response from on my email, and I was able to work with him on finding the car I was interested in during my visit. I knew I wanted to replace my Lumina with another Chevy and was mainly interested in an Impala. Shane showed me the used Impalas they had, however the one I had found on their website wasn't on the lot at that time. Shane went above and beyond to get the car there for me to see, including offering to bring it to my home for me to see if I was unable to wait the short amount of time it would take for the car to be available. Shane (and the rest of the people I spoke with) made my trip enjoyable, and I got the car I was interested in. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Huebner's and both times, I was treated with respect. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a company that puts the customer first! More
