After attending St. Joseph's Academy and Fontbonne College, Shan Herwig devoted herself to becoming the very proud mother of seven wonderful children, eight loving grandchildren and two adorable boxers. In 2007, Shan joined Mungenast St. Louis Honda after many years at the de Greeff Hospice House at St. Anthony's Medical Center. While at Hospice she met the Mungenast Family while helping to care for Dave Mungenast, Sr. prior to his passing in 2006. The position of Business Development Manager suits Shan well, since it allows her to meet a wide variety of people and to convey her pride in representing Honda and the Mungenast Automotive Family!

I have been purchasing vehicles at Dave Mungenast for over 20 years. I have purchased three vehicles from Shan Who is an absolute gem to work with. There’s never any pressure they are extremely helpful a over 20 years. I have purchased three vehicles from Shan Who is an absolute gem to work with. There’s never any pressure they are extremely helpful and even after the sale they don’t disappear if you have questions or concerns, which generally there are none. Their service department in my opinion is second to none. Treated like a true customer not a number. There’s always clear communication and no pressure to do work. That is not necessary. It’s extremely difficult to find a dealership of this caliber. They sell a quality vehicle and their sales and service departments and finance departments in my opinion are second to none. They make the buying experience very pleasurable. More
