In my years of dealing with Ford dealerships I have never met a salesperson as nice as Shakera. To echo Tracey's words, Shakera was fantastic to work with. She was accomodating, kind, and hyper responsive, even coming in to close the deal on her day off. We just happen to drop by the dealership to “take a look” at a vehicle we were interested in. We were immediately greeted by someone who then quickly transferred us into the impeccable care of Shakera! Shake at a vehicle we were interested in. We were immediately greeted by someone who then quickly transferred us into the impeccable care of Shakera! Shakera was kind, supportive (not pushy), knowledgeable and an absolute endearing professional! We ended up buying the SUV but had very little time, of which was terribly disjointed, to go through the process. She was patient, expeditious, helpful, and even came in on her day off. Honestly, Shakera was ABOVE AND BEYOND the entire time with us and I am so grateful to have met her and purchased through her. She is top notch! More
