I had an inquiry on the website and was reached out by customer service manager Trevor Tucek! He was a great help! Very attentive to everything and was very understanding to my schedule of fitting in an a customer service manager Trevor Tucek! He was a great help! Very attentive to everything and was very understanding to my schedule of fitting in an appointment for me to come in as times when I had to cancelled. When I finally was able to come in, I was matched up to salesman Roger! He made my experience so easy and comfortable without ever being pushy. He explained options of what Heiser offers as that may be in used cars sales, financing used and new or leasing. He found me the perfect RAV4 XSE after listening to everything I wanted in car! We were able to work on a deal through the finance department with Shahat and everything worked out great! Shahat really worked closely with me in trying to secure a good leasing deal after various times due to my circumstances. He never made me feel less worthy as a customer nor ignored any of my concerns. I really appreciate the communication skills and teamwork starting from Trevor, to Roger and then to Shahat. I highly recommend Heiser to family and friends because of the great customer service I received! Thanks Heiser!! More

Everyone from the greeter at the front door, sales person, sales manager and finance department were great. They answered all my questions and when I had a question that they didn't know, they found o person, sales manager and finance department were great.
