Worst dealership ever! Never had an after buying experience as such. Once you buy a vehicle. I was a nobody stranger to them. I will never shop this dealership again! Took vehicle in to get driver assistance fixed, ( which was talked about during vehicle purchase. ) They wanted to charge me to fix it, then when I declined to pay, they didn't put parts back how they found them, and part is missing with the wires just hanging! I hope someone reads this! Really Really not happy about this! More

I have used FT for several years and find their service to be excellent. I called William Osborne (I call him Marty) needing to have my wife's cars oil changed and tires aligned. Marty and t service to be excellent. I called William Osborne (I call him Marty) needing to have my wife's cars oil changed and tires aligned. Marty and the service staff got it done for me the same afternoon. The next morning my wife drove it to her work and she called me telling me it drove like a new car.
