of course the dealership is a mess with all the construction going on BUT, everyone is pleasant and helpful. My Sales Person, Sergio Vega was the absolute best and really worked hard to make me ha construction going on BUT, everyone is pleasant and helpful. My Sales Person, Sergio Vega was the absolute best and really worked hard to make me happy with my new Limited Sonata. I was extremely unhappy that I was unable to give him a great survey review because the email address on my profile was completely incorrect and could not be changed when I visited and discovered the error. I can only assure you that if I were to rate his performance it would be outstanding! Probably on a 1 to 10, I would give him a 20. More

Thank you for your response. It is good to know that you received my assessment of Sergio and understand my annoyance at not being able to receive a proper survey in order to give Sergio a great review. You do need to look into the fact that an incorrect email was unable to be corrected. That is not good policy, especially since the email on my profile was in no way related to my actual email. Anyway, all is well. I will be visiting Sergio soon as I have two minor problems to resolve and I have no doubt he will take care of me as well as possible.
