Although I received my service, I was disappointed with the amount of time it took for a basic oil change, tire balance/rotation, and cabin/engine filter change. My appointment was 11:15am and I arrived e the amount of time it took for a basic oil change, tire balance/rotation, and cabin/engine filter change. My appointment was 11:15am and I arrived early. It was a nearly 3 hour turnaround - so many vehicles were lined up. I want good care taken when doing my car but the time seemed more due to overbooking. Also, on my drive from Chicago to Texas, my tire pressure light came on - which was alarming after just having service. I had to check my pressure and reset the TPRM as a result. Pressure was fine - so I’m not sure what caused that. More
