I had the absolute best experience in all of my years of leasing through Chrysler. It has been 17 years and this time ( February 17, 2014) after a prior visit 1 week earlier, I had to take this burden on my leasing through Chrysler. It has been 17 years and this time ( February 17, 2014) after a prior visit 1 week earlier, I had to take this burden on my own as a recent widow and went to Salerno Duane in Summit for the first time for sales (prior visits were for service) and I met Sergio Ovalle and I immediately felt safe and comfortable! I thought there was going to be a catch. He was considerate , patient , kind and gentle and very honest. I had dealt with OTHER dealerships for the previous years and it was such a stressful experience because it was so obvious that there was this urgency to up~sell and always a feeling of insecurity about what "line" was next. I wish every friend and family member I have will go to see Sergio Ovalle and Michael Cohen at Salerno Duane in Summit ......mostly because they eliminated all of that "secret meeting upstairs" debacle. Everything was pretty upfront and timely. I highly recommend SALERNO DUANE OF SUMMIT , N.J. AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO MEET SERGIO OVALLE....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I've considered purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee for several months now, and after countless hours of online research and speaking with numerous Jeep owners I was convinced that Jeep was for me. So I go several months now, and after countless hours of online research and speaking with numerous Jeep owners I was convinced that Jeep was for me. So I go to this "Big Name" dealership off Route 22 where I I was treated like a dollar sign instead of a person, I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured; and needless to say I did not purchase that day and walked out. The following day I spoke to a friend who recommended Sergio. I went to meet him over at Salerno Duane. No pressure, no frills, and he turned out to be a very patient and knowledgeable salesperson. He answered all my questions put my mind at ease and less then a week later I had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT parked in my driveway. I can not say enough good things about the Sergio and the folks over at Salerno Duane. They are by far the definition of professionalism and set the mark for other Jeep dealers. More
