He was kind enough to inform me of upcoming deals that would help me keep the price down on my future lease. I have recommended him to many friends and family. In fact, my brother and parents have all used him as well. I highly recommend working with Sergio and the whole dealership in general. It is refreshing to have such a wonderful experience with a car dealership. More

Amazing - everyone was so kind! To start, this was my first time ever purchasing a new car and I was extremely hesitant. I asked a lot of questions, test drove the car TWICE, and took my time making several crucial decisions (which model to get, and if I should take the insurance they offered). Every step of the way, Sergio was patient, dedicated and positive! He took a ton of time showing me all the features the car has, making sure I understood how everything worked, and even helped me take the old items from my car into my new car. Definitely service that went above and beyond! It was refreshing to see the sales manger, Dean Puleo also be involved with the process as he was also kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire day. Needless to say, I am so grateful that these men were there to help me purchase my first Jeep! A decision I know I won't regret! More

I have 4 cars in the family and I lease all of them. So I get to go through this process often and with many dealerships in central and northern NJ. My first lease was in 1999 and since then I have leased about 13 cars. I have dealt with some excellent dealerships and some classic, tacky, bad dealerships. This time I was looking for a car for my daughter but had trouble finding the trim level and color she wanted and for a reasonable price. Using Chrysler/Jeeps Search Inventory feature on there web site I found the exact model I wanted at Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep. I called and Sergio told me he had that exact model and color so I quickly drove over. The dealership itself is very impressive looking in the beautiful town of Summit. I immediately thought this place is too nice and I won't get a good deal. Sergio showed me the car and it was exactly what was described and what I wanted. I showed him a regionally advertised Jeep lease offer but I also wanted to increase the mileage allowance and the car I was looking at had a higher list price than the one in the Jeep offer so I knew I would have to pay a little more, but based on quotes I got from other dealers, I expected this place to be a lot more. Sergio got my info, went off to generate a price, and I sat and waited fully expecting to have to play the haggle game. To my surprise, he came back with an offer that was right on target with what I was expecting to pay. I did my homework on the car and they didn't waste my time. My instinct is to automatically counter with a lower offer, but in this case I felt no need to do so and accepted that offer. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was professional and treated me and other customers around me with respect. The manager was helpful, the finance person was great and did not waste my time trying to sell me items I did not need or want. I would rate Salerno Duane as one of the best if not "The Best" dealership I have dealt with. This transaction was smooth and pleasurable. Thank you for the great service. I will be sending other people your way. More

Like most people I was hesitant about going car shopping becau Sergio deserves every star he could get. He went above and beyond to get what I wanted. Like most people I was hesitant about going car shopping because the salesmen are like vultures, pushy and insistent. Not Sergio he said down with we told him out budget and he said he'll make I work and he did. Not once did I feel like I was being lied to, mislead or having to sign my life away for the next 36 months. This was the most relaxing and best car buying experience I've had so far. Other dealers so take notes on how to treat and work with customers. I must say I am a customer for life and will be recommending Sergio to all my friends and family. More

I visied the dealership in search of a new vehicle and although I could have easily paid the monthly payments, my credit rating disqualified me. In stepped my sakes rep Sergio, and he worked tirelessly to ensure that I had the best possible deal and that I was quite satisfied with my purchase. I had previously visited other dealership and none of them came remotely close to the personalized atmosphere as the Summit team. I was so confident in Sergio's ability that, although I test drove the model bought, I didn't even test drive the actual vehicle I left the dealership with. I didn't need to.
