Not the typical Sales Rep I went to a another Dealership before going to Salerno and was there for about 10 min because I was dissatisfied with their service. I decided to go to Salerno Duane just to ask questions because it was the first time that I was looking for a new vehicle. At the beginning of my conversation, I was very upfront with Sergio and told him that I didn't want to waste his time. He told me that his job was to answer all my questions and have a full understanding about the sale/lease. What a difference! Sergio made me feel extremely comfortable, not pressured, he answered all my questions, went over every detail on the sale and on my new Grand Cherokee. I went back the following day and all that he had said did not change. I've heard horrible stories about experiences at dealerships, but my experience was completely the opposite. Thank you Sergio!
