Rich Bickers is probably the best salesman I have ever had the opportunity to work with when buying a car. He was attentive, humorous, informative and most of all - NOT PUSHY. I had been looking at seve had the opportunity to work with when buying a car. He was attentive, humorous, informative and most of all - NOT PUSHY. I had been looking at several different types of cars with my partner, and at a couple of the dealerships we went to, the salesperson completely ignored me despite being told that I am the one purchasing a new car. This was 100% not the case with Rich. He addressed me with all of his questions and information, while making my partner feel included but not the focus. He handed me the keys without hestitation for a test drive, and had no issue showing me a range of options since I wasn't quite set on what I wanted. He took me through each vehicles features and got all of my questions answered promptly - engaging others at the dealership when he didn't have the answer himself straight off. Working with Rich was a refreshing experience and I will definitely be saving his info for future purchases. If you have the opportunity to work with Rich, I highly recommend taking it!
