I had a very pleasant and easy experience with “Murphy”. He held a super sought after 2027 Telluride in matte panthera for me after having the same car sold out from under me at another Kia dealership. The whole process was smooth and didn’t take all day, which for me is huge. Upon delivery he was very informative about the features and went over the major things in detail.
