When recall happen talk to service Rep come on in... I went in i want the oil change.. i show her my coupon for oil change.. start to have attitude tell me to send email to Her. I been to PH to get service many times she was 1 st person to tell me to send email coupon to her. After finished recall part and oil change. She didn't update coupon for discount..had to tell her this price is not right... So i paid to invoice.. Billing dept told me you will get refund. Good job! And then 3 days later sme service advisor call! We got the parts in for your recall!! After i got service. I never had bad experience with PH Hyundai until this service advisor. More
