Tim Hanson in finance explained the process well and gave me honest, straightforward answers on the available add-ons, telling me what I didn't need. These employees ended up staying past the end of the work day on New-Years Eve to accommodate me. They gave me all the time I needed for deliberation, and I left feeling confident that I would be assisted should any future issues arise. More

New Forester Touring We narrowed the vehicle type down to a Forester. We mentioned we had Costco membership and from there it was all very easy. We were informed of the different Foresters and options. Took one for a spin and was sold. Every question was answered with a smile and a demonstration of how things worked. I put an order in and Sean kept me informed on a regular basis of the vehicle status. He even provided a surprise Christmas present; the vehicle was delivered a week early. Sean's video updates make things very personal instead of just an email. I was hesitant at first of going back to Subaru after a poor experience 20 years ago, but it is a whole new car. It is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone interested in a solid vehicle. More
