We showed up completely unannounced and Sean gave us no pressure at all from the very start. Even though we told him we just started looking and weren't going to purchase that first day, he still gave us all the time we needed, allowing us to take a good look without making us feel rushed. When we told him over the phone that we did want to purchase the vehicle, but couldn't make it there until later in the week, he made it very easy to ensure the vehicle would be ours. Once we did show up to purchase the vehicle, he already had all of the paperwork ready for us that he could prepare ahead of time. He made the process fast and smooth. Not only was Sean great, but so was everyone else we dealt with. Usually the finance portion is the part we dread, but Tim Hanson made the entire process fun. He stayed late to help us out. Even though he gave up part of his Friday night, he never missed the chance to make a joke to make our time enjoyable. The whole place was clean and the atmosphere made us feel at ease. The free cookies and beverages didn't hurt as well! More
