Fabulous service and great staff! When I brought my car in at 8:45 a.m. for a recall issue, Sean in service said they'd need it for the day, but would call me if it was ready earlier When I brought my car in at 8:45 a.m. for a recall issue, Sean in service said they'd need it for the day, but would call me if it was ready earlier. Let me start off by saying the 5 star review is personal to Sean DeSilva! If you need to get anything done in this location you either need to be dealing directly with Sean D. or the service manager Susan T to Sean DeSilva! If you need to get anything done in this location you either need to be dealing directly with Sean D. or the service manager Susan T. herself! As for the rest of the service reps Good Luck trying to get a simple question answered! From calling and waiting on hold to them seriously telling you someone is going to assist you and leave you on hold to never pick up the phone line again! These are the issues that make you want to go meet them in person! Their service department seriously needs to be revamped because it has sucked since I purchased my vehicle! What they really need is to have Sean D. train new hires in the service department and retrain the ones that are unfortunately already in the service department! Again if you need to have service done at this location be sure you are dealing DIRECTLY with Sean DeSilva! Don't let me be the voice in your head that tells you "I told you so" when you're dealing with anyone other than SeanD. Personally I really don't care who likes this review as I'm tired of having to complain about the service and getting the manager involved. Jeannette Rivera More
