I wasn't impressed with the guy they had us talk in the fiinance department. We were paying cash for the car but had to meet with this guy to listen to his sales potch about extended warranty. Ronald & the crew did what was needed to get us what we wanted. To feel comfortable with the many new features of the Acadia, training was a must and was graciously given (a couple of times).
