Have purchased plenty of luxury vehicles before and my experience with Audi Fresno has been by far the best! Once we agreed on pricing (which by the way was a quick conversation because I knew exactly experience with Audi Fresno has been by far the best! Once we agreed on pricing (which by the way was a quick conversation because I knew exactly how much my budget was thanks to my wife setting a limit for me LOL) the signing pick-up, signing, and financing process was a breeze. No pressure to buy additional warranties or add-ons, just quick simple explanations of what was available and what might be beneficial for me and my situation. Also, this was the first time that signing paper work didn’t involve 40 pages of documents. Everything was handled via an interactive screen that was embedded in the finance managers desk. This was helpful because there was a correction that was needed and it took literally a click of a button to fix vs having to reprint the entire contract and signing everything again. From the beginning of the first contact I had with the Internet Sales specialist (Chris), to speaking with the Sales Manager (Sean - not sure if that’s how you spell it), and to finishing by signing with the finance manager (Luis) everyone was super helpful, very friendly and accommodating. If you’re in the market for an Audi, I would highly recommend Audi Fresno. They made the car buying experience better than any other car buying experience I have ever had and that includes BMW, Porsche, Lexus, and even other Audi’s (Bay Area). More

Everybody I spoke to at the dealership was very helpful, courteous, and the car the job done I also like the fact that I got text message updates not keeping me guessing through the process. courteous, and the car the job done I also like the fact that I got text message updates not keeping me guessing through the process. Sean Cawthon was a pleasure to work with. He helped me get the deal I wanted, both on my trade in and the car I purchased. The dealership itself is impressive, with a lot of amazing cars.
