I was referred specifically to Nathan by a friend of mine that purchased a Wrangler from him in a custom order. There is probably not enough space to type what a wonderful experience it was to meet Michael LaPointe and his manager, Paul Peters. I purchased a used 2012 CTS Coupe. There was absolutely no pressu wonderful experience it was to meet Michael LaPointe and his manager, Paul Peters. I purchased a used 2012 CTS Coupe. There was absolutely no pressure or the usual games car dealers play. I was riding out of there in about an hour in my new to me CTS including running my credit check. Now, this blew me away... Mr. Lapointe said that finance was ready for me down at the next building and said to hop on the golf cart, I'll run you down. It was about 45 degrees and my wife walked to the fast food place about 200 feet away to get us something to eat. I tell Mr. LaPointe my wife left, he said I'll go pick her up, then the sales manager says I'll get her in my Maroon Truck, of course, she doesn't answer when I call to let her know. Mr. LaPointe goes inside and tells my wife it was too cold to ride in the golf cart but Mr. Peters is right outside in the maroon truck. WOW! I am only buying a used 9-year-old car and I get this kind of service. Hats off to these fine gentleman Mr. Morse, they are truly an asset to your company! Thank you for making my experience pleasurable. You earned my business!! More

This was the easiest, most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had. Jeremy Klas was our sales person and was really easy to work with. We asked many questions and if he didn't know the answer he told I've ever had. Jeremy Klas was our sales person and was really easy to work with. Dealer responded quick to our inquiry made after hours online. Called us first thing upon opening the next morning. Randy was the salesman and was very thorough even while juggling other customers. Finance guy (who's name escapes me at the moment) was professional and polite and very fast. Car was pretty accurate, though had some hail damage we did not see in the pics. Only complaint, though not a huge issue, was brake fluid level was just above the minimum mark and not topped off, and coolant expansion tank was empty and took 1/2 quart to bring to full level the next morning. I would absolutely purchase from them again, and recommend them to others for a purchase (because of the sales/finance departments excellent service), but have hesitation concerning the service departments ability to do an accurate "delivery inspection". More
