There were no high sales pressure pitches, which is what I was expecting. As a 68yo widow I didn't know what to expect. I visited Mel Hambelton Ford today to do a trade in for my 2022 Ford Escape. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, as I am a single elderly woman. Marshall is a very Personable professional and polite young man. I really like his sales approach.
