Eatontown was the closest dealership to my home so I went there first. Scott made sure to match the lowest quote that I had previously received so that I didn't have to spend hours trying to get the best deal. I appreciated that he respected my wishes to deal with me straightforward - none of the "back and forth to the boss" game that many dealers play. He gave me the lowest price first time around and it was what I had hoped for. Scott also took a long time to explain all of the workings of my new vehicle so I was able to leave the car lot a confident owner. More

Specifically, for Scott Wendling, Pat Connelly, and Ray Furslew! Over the years, my husband and I have leased more than 6 cars between the both of us at DCH. And we just leased another car from Scott! We are treated like family at DCH Kay Honda. I'm not just saying that either. It's like a family "reunion" each and every time we trade in our car(s). And the fact that Scott, Pat, and Ray have been with us through every lease is the BEST! It feels so good to see the same faces! It's comforting. You don't have to play the "Get to Know" you game. And they genuinely remember us (immediately)! Our experience at DCH Kay Honda always beats our expectations! When I originally spoke to Scott, I explained that I had a specific budget that we wanted to stay within....and he helped us do just that!
