Better than ever before I have always dreaded the new car shopping process. I don't like the price haggling, the upselling and the amount of time it takes to finalize a purch I have always dreaded the new car shopping process. I don't like the price haggling, the upselling and the amount of time it takes to finalize a purchase. This dealer has made me re-think that feeling. We handled most of the initial communication via email. This allowed us to take our time and search through all of the inventory within the Boucher Group that met our criteria. After narrowing it down, they were able to bring the car to our dealership within a day under no obligation to buy. We set an appointment to view the car that worked for us. During the COVID-19 Restrictions, Ford offered significant discounts on the model we chose. The dealer offered yet an additional local discount. This, coupled with the 0% financing, allowed us to purchase a 2020 vehicle for the same price we paid when we purchased our 09'. They have streamlined the purchase process by allowing customers to submit a credit application from home which was approved prior to our arrival. The normally painstaking signing process was made much smoother through the use of electronic signatures on a tablet. In the past, we went home with a mountain of paperwork that we had to store somewhere. Today, we went home with all of the documentation on a dealer supplied thumb-drive. Would I buy another vehicle from this dealer? I would not hesitate. More
