I am so happy to have purchased a second car from Spitzer. Scott Riper and Dan Wines are amazing, they were helpful and very knowledgable. I’m going to have to go with a one. If I went by the first car purchase, it would have been a 5 star rating but with the second car purchase things went down hill. 17 days after the paperwork was signed first car purchase, it would have been a 5 star rating but with the second car purchase things went down hill. 17 days after the paperwork was signed I was called and told the bank needed a bunch of paperwork I wasn’t told they needed the day the papers were signed. Then it took forever for my trade to get paid off. A month later I am still waiting on the refund for the extended warranty on my trade and I keep getting the run around. I don’t think I will be buying another vehicle from Spitzer if this is how repeat customers get treated. And yes, I understand that covid is causing delays, but not like this. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately I don’t think they care about ratings or repeat customers so this will fall on deaf ears. But if you are looking for a dealer, I’d go elsewhere More

An overall great experience I went into Spitzer Chevrolet looking to get denied for a loan and sent on my way. But that wasn't the case. The whole Spitzer staff were very courteo I went into Spitzer Chevrolet looking to get denied for a loan and sent on my way. But that wasn't the case. The whole Spitzer staff were very courteous and helpful. My salesman Scott van Riper was great! He was knowledgeable and patient. He kept working hard to get the payment and vehicle I was interested in. He never gave up. He kept us on his priority list despite being short staffed on a Sunday. It was the best car buying experience I have had. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from the Spitzer family. More

Very compassionate When I walked in to see about my van I knew I would have to say good bye so I was very emotional, and a very good friend died in a car accident 4days When I walked in to see about my van I knew I would have to say good bye so I was very emotional, and a very good friend died in a car accident 4days earlier was a rough ride for me that during the process I had a little melt down .My husband is in a wheelchair and when they brought this small car my mind set was no way ,but Scott went out and beyond to help solve some of the issues. In the end they made me feel better, cause I really like the car,and I was hoping it would work. So far the car is great I will have to make changes on his electric wheelchair so we can put it in the car. And I know it will be done. Thank you so much for this wonderful little car. More
