When I bought my truck, the salesperson (Kilmer Cruz) verbally promised multiple times that interior seat and door markings would be fully repaired to close the deal as well as several other repairs. Instead, they rushed me through signing a blank "We Owe" slip without reviewing it and completely changed their story after the keys were handed over.I have spent a full year playing phone tag and being ignored. The General Manager Ned personally promised me a callback twice and completely ghosted me. Salesman Mike texted me a year later begging for my truck as a trade-in; when I reminded him of the unresolved damage, he said he put it on Sales Manager Scott’s desk. Scott ignored it for over a month.They will promise you the world to buy a car, but once you sign, they treat you like you don't exist. I have officially filed a formal fraud and deceptive trade practices complaint with the Maryland Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and escalated this to Ford Corporate. Buyers beware. More

They put a $3388 warranty on my car without ever asking me that I found out later from the bank that my loan was for over 20k when it should of been 17k like I was told by the dealer. They put the warranty in very small print and do not tell you they added it and do not tell you what it includes. They also would rather not sell you the car if you do catch the warranty they sneak in. Better of going to a different dealer then these xxxx bags More
