Was really expecting the "dealer drill" with back & forth negotiations between sales and management (as I've experienced in Mazda and another Acura dealerships), tucked away high "unexpected" fees in the fin negotiations between sales and management (as I've experienced in Mazda and another Acura dealerships), tucked away high "unexpected" fees in the final sales document (as I've seen in another Acura dealership) and the "hard sell" at closing at a price point you didn't want to go to. Acura at Pembroke Pines was the absolute opposite. Friendly (not the "plastic kind"), honest, straight forward and an easy to work with team. I'm an "educated consumer", and their prices are where they should be at "the get go" and if needed they will try to work with you to make it happen with NO high-pressure sales tactics. Incredibly, they also had my certified vehicle worked on and prepared with "detailing", new brakes, tires, oil, filters, etc. the next day w/o my asking for that timetable.... and there was no debate about leaving "wear & tear" items not covered under the warrantee unchanged bc they would last the two years. They just changed it and gave me the equivalent of a "new" car. Shout out to Sean Bradford in sales and Scott Ticker in management, the two of whom I spent most of my time with for being so incredibly nice and making the journey easy and pleasant. In addition, Jorge in Finance was very pleasant and easy to work. More

Some dealerships(stealerships),had markups as high as $8000. So I pretty much gave up. Then an event happened in my life that made me realize if you work hard, you have to play hard also. So I started calling a lot of dealerships in Florida and found this amazing dealership. Grant A. Became my sales person and a friendship was born. Never once was I pressured into a deal that I couldn't afford so I decided I was going to take the Brightline never been on a train before to Fort Lauderdale train stop. Grant pick me up from the train stop and 20 minutes later I came face-to-face with the car of my dreams. Thank you, Grant Scott, and the Pembroke Pines team. More
