Our curiosity got the better of us and we headed to the dealership to check out the new Pilots. We knew we were going to purchase a larger vehicle at some point in the near future, but this helped accelerate the process. We ended up finding one we liked but it was slightly above our price range so we drove back home. We continued the search for an EX-L with the Navi/RES package. We were looking locally, and even around Wichita, Denver, Oklahoma City, and Kansas City. None of those dealerships had the trim and package we were looking for. Lo and behind, Russ, who was our salesmen when we were there originally, had contacted us to let us know they had got what we were looking for in stock. Wonderful follow-up, price, and customer experience. Would easily do more business with this dealership in the future. More

Many of the details, including the price, were worked out online before ever setting foot in the dealership so time wasn't wasted. I had done my research, and the price quoted by Honda of Lincoln was right on target with what the Internet sites said was a fair price. I was very pleased with what I was offered for my trade-in. It was better than the Kelly Blue Book quote. Spencer Klein was great -- friendly and easy to work with, no pressure sales. Spencer took the time to answer all my questions, and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car I bought. Spencer explained everything carefully and did a hands-on tutorial in the car with me so that I was comfortable with how everything worked before I drove off the lot. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of buying a car from Honda of Lincoln. They are friendly, professional, without the usual pressure to buy a car that you see at other dealers. When you're as good as Honda of Lincoln is, you don't have to resort to high pressure sales. If I had known it was going to be this pleasant, I would have bought a car from Honda of Lincoln sooner!
